The airport bus stops in front of the hotel (City Station stop, don't be fooled, you are there but the entrance is round the corner to he right). Unlike many hotels they were willing to take a Sainsbury delivery in reception (my loose Yorksire Gold tea), but it was Sainsbury's who let me down.

The Location is excellent, right on City Square close to everything. The Airport bus stops right outside the door. Disappointing that the hotel bar is only open to 11pm during the week; for guests staying in the hotel a 12 midnight would be a nice touch. Rooms a bit dated but clean. Pillows not great but for a 2 night stay it was fine. We had a nice view over the square, and the staff were so helpful when our flight was delayed arriving - they helped me check in using the WhatsApp feature. Really helpful and reassuring- Andra was great. We will definitely stay here next time we visit.

Always a friendly welcome. The staff are excellent and extremely helpful. Room and facilities are really good with the minor exception of the bed. Due to my health issues, a higher bed height would be better for me. The beds are firmer than a certain competitor, which might not suit everyone but the pillows and duvet are just right. Excellent bathroom. Shower over bath with dispensers of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided (none of the all-in-one stuff here). Sink has dispensers for handwash and hand cream. Good size of bath; decent depth, length and width. You can enjoy a long soak here in comfort. Sockets next to bed(s) on both sides. So no problem charging your devices. Extra sockets just above the long worktop/desk area if you need more charging places. Table on one side of bed(s) and cupboard on the other side. Good tea/coffee making facilities. Coffee; both regular and decaf. Breakfast tea and fruit teas. Biscuits. Tv good size and set up for bluetooth/casting your device.

It is very centrally located - very close to the train station and about 10minute walk from the coach station. Sadly I wasn’t there long enough to check out any of the other facilities (gym, room service etc).

Very welcoming on arrival, staff very polite and attentive, clean and bright reception area. The room was spotless, spacious and had everything we required, the super king sized bed was very comfortable and a good nights sleep was had by all. Opted for breakfast (additional charge) which was worth every penny, well looked after by the staff in the restaurant and not rushed to depart. Overall the stay was excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel, Just to add that it is well situated for the train station and the city centre.

What I liked about the Park Plaza Leeds, was the location in where it is in Leeds, pretty much in the city centre, I don't think you could get more central, a stones throw away from the train station and a vast choice of bars and restaurants very close by. I liked the idea of having a room at the top or nearer the top of the hotel, and that's what I got, I suggest level 6 upwards for a iconic view of Leeds city centre, city square, park row areas. that was one of the best features of the hotel is having a good city view, and it didn't disappoint. Upon arrival, the check in procedure was swift and easy, staff very welcoming, and gave easy instructions of how to get to the room, and what the food options are, The room was spacious and large, not too much lighting so it appeared a bit darker even with the available room lights on. The bed was large and comfy and made a good nights rest. The bathroom and overall cleanliness of the room was more than adequate and a good standard. The breakfast next morning was a typical help yourself buffet, with some good options, hot and cold, drinks, etc, everything you'll need, the staff in the restaurant were, welcoming and seemed to enjoy what they do, I got that factor throughout the hotel to be honest. The restaurant itself, has views of the Boar lane in Leeds, and the restaurant is situation well above ground level, so you get decent views of city life below. I do recommend this hotel for staying in Leeds, good value for one night or two, and you can't get better for its location.

The room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed and bright with fantastic views over Leeds. It was exactly where we needed to be, close to the station and also to the venue where we were attending a party. The reception staff and their counterpart at Booking.com could not have been more helpful as we had to cut our stay short as I had booked trains home a day earlier than I had thought! It all got sorted out very quickly.

The room was huge and the bathroom was really nice. It had a bath and lovely toiletries and fluffy towels. The shower was also perfect. The room was spotlessly clean and a good temperature with very comfortable pillows. WiFi was easy to access and high speed. There was a comfy chair, a large desk, and plenty of sockets. It felt very luxurious for the price.
